These terms govern your use of Miss Cardio, including our website (misscardio.com) and app (app.misscardio.com), operated by Kat Djordjevic, a sole proprietorship based in Scottsdale, Arizona. By creating an account or using Miss Cardio, you agree to these terms.
Miss Cardio generates a new five-part workout plan each day — Pre-Stretch, Cardio, W.O.D., Bonus, and Post-Stretch — and lets you track, adjust, and complete it. It's a fitness tracking and planning tool, not a personal trainer, coach, or medical service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and use Miss Cardio. By signing up, you're confirming that's true.
Miss Cardio uses passwordless sign-in — a one-time link or code sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's how your account is protected. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Miss Cardio provides general fitness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified physician, physical therapist, or other healthcare provider.
Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern. You should stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom while exercising.
You use Miss Cardio, and perform any exercise it suggests, entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or participation in any workout it presents.
Please don't: try to break into or disrupt Miss Cardio's systems; use the service for anything illegal; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the app; or share your account access in a way that circumvents the subscription (like widely sharing one paid login).
Miss Cardio, including its design, content, and the Miss Cardio name, belongs to us. Your workout history and account data belong to you — we're just storing it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Miss Cardio and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or where we're required to by law.
Miss Cardio is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your specific fitness goals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Miss Cardio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
